Area Update

Alert message sent 16/02/2012 13:56:00
Information sent on behalf of Nottinghamshire Police
Dear Killisick and St Marys Community members,

I have just had a look at the incidents that have been reported on our area for the last 7 days. At the moment i have nothing to report to you all. Most incidents reported to us are general one of things such as neighbour fall outs, domestic incidents and due to the recent snow alot of road traffic collisions.

During the last 7 days we have not had any burglaries reported to us which is fantastic. As in my last message please continue to encourage friends, family and neighbours to keep windows and doors locked at all times and also to put thier house alarms on whenever they leave the house or go to sleep. As per my last message also encourage them to keep keys out of their window locks.

Something that is slightly concerning me is the number of fire related incidents occuring on the area mostly in the Boyd Close, Douro Drive, Kilbourne Road area. Over the past 2/3 months there have been a number of vehicle's, wheelie bins, bushes set on fire. Should anyone have any information about these of see anyone acting suspiciously then please ring in and let us no.

Apart from that folks it is steady on the area at the moment. I will be in touch again soon.

Many thanks
